1. Lawful Use
You must use SIPS only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the Terms of Service and this policy.
2. Account Security
Keep your account credentials confidential and secure, and notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorised access.
3. No Unauthorised Access
Do not attempt to access any account, workspace, system or data belonging to another customer or to SIPSALGO without authorisation.
4. No Malicious Code
Do not upload, transmit or introduce viruses, malware or other malicious code to SIPS.
5. No Platform Disruption
Do not disrupt, overload or interfere with the operation of SIPS or the infrastructure it runs on.
6. No Prohibited Credential Sharing
Do not share your account credentials in a way that circumvents individual account/subscription terms.
7. No Circumvention of Access Controls
Do not attempt to bypass subscription, entitlement or other access controls within SIPS.
8. No API/Connector Abuse
Do not misuse SIPS APIs, the MT5 Connector, or any other integration point beyond its intended purpose or documented limits.
9. No Prohibited Data Scraping
Do not scrape, harvest or systematically extract data from SIPS in a way that breaches the Terms of Service.
10. No Impersonation or Fraud
Do not impersonate any person or entity, or use SIPS for fraudulent purposes.
11. Respect SIPS Intellectual Property
Do not infringe C&L GROUP LTD’s intellectual property rights in SIPS, including its software, design and content.
12. Reverse Engineering
Do not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble SIPS, except to the extent such restrictions are not permitted to be excluded under applicable law.
13. Suspension for Serious Abuse
We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe serious abuse of this policy has occurred, consistent with the Terms of Service.
14. Reporting Abuse
