1. How a Subscription Starts
A SIPS subscription starts once payment has been successfully processed and your account has been activated on the selected plan.
2. Plan and Billing Period
The plan and billing period (monthly or yearly, where offered) are shown to you clearly before you complete payment on Pricing and Get Started.
3. Automatic Renewal
Where a subscription is billed on a recurring basis, it renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel future renewal beforehand.
4. Cancelling Future Renewal
You may cancel future renewal of your subscription at any time. Cancelling stops the subscription from renewing at the end of the current billing period; it is not, by itself, a request to end your access immediately or to refund the current period.
5. Access During a Cancelled Period
Following a normal cancellation, you retain access to SIPS for the remainder of the billing period you have already paid for, unless we are required to suspend access earlier under the Terms of Service (for example for a serious breach of the Acceptable Use Policy).
6. Changing Plans
You may move between available plans as your requirements change. Where a plan change affects price, the new price is shown to you before it takes effect.
7. Failed Payments
If a renewal payment fails, we (or our payment provider) may retry the payment and/or notify you so you can update your payment details. Continued failure may result in suspension of access until payment succeeds or the subscription is cancelled.
8. Payment Processing
Subscription payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not need to store your full payment-card details — see the Privacy Policy.
9. Refund Requests
To request a refund, contact hello@sipsalgo.com. Refund eligibility is assessed under applicable law, your statutory customer rights, and the circumstances of the payment and service — for example, whether SIPS was genuinely unavailable to you, or whether a payment was made in error. We do not operate a blanket “no refunds” rule.
10. Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy removes or limits any statutory right you have as a consumer that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to services not provided with reasonable care and skill.
11. Service Failure or Error
If SIPS fails to provide the paid service you were entitled to (for example, a genuine platform outage or billing error), contact hello@sipsalgo.com and we will investigate and resolve it fairly, which may include a service credit or refund as appropriate.
12. Contact
